Question 06 STI Defi Oil Pressure Sender Locations

Hi all,
I've searched and found some good articles on the issues with placing the sender on the typical oil galley location on the top rear portion of the block. That being said, I'd prefer not to T into the stock idiot light sender.

I looked at the sandwich adapters. Primarily the Greddy, but I haven't found some good info on how reliable they are. Since this is directly interfacing w/ my oil filtration (life blood), I want to make sure it doesnt fail on me and cause chaos.

If you have any suggestions as to:
1) a work around that doesnt involve anything too drastic for usign the top rear galley plug
2) what sandwich adapters are best, and maybe you use (maybe just a report on miles driven etc)

Any insight would be appreicate. I was surprised yesterday, after taking the intercooler off and seeing that coolan line/nipple right over where my sender needed to go.

Thanks in advance!
