Has anyone seen any MPG increase with these skid plates?

Guys I'm pretty sure they work with some aftermarket headers. I'm pretty sure it fits with GTSpec, but I'll have to find out.

Price is $160 + 12-15 shipping depending on where you are in the country.

It may not technically be "High-Strength" but my RA skid-plate has saved me numerous times. My EGT probe would probably have been ripped out of my headers more than once by now without it. At auto-x, it prevents pebbles and chuncks of asphalt from damaging anything, and on the off-occassion there's an excessively steep driveway, the skid-plate hits the ground instead of the car. Worth every penny and every bit as durable as it needs to be for street applications.

join the club. i ordered a jdm grill on 3/23. recieved and email on 4/11 saying the container was stuck in customs. ive sent two emails and left a message on their phone with no reply. if this continues much longer i will be forced to dispute the charge with my cc company. im getting pissed off about it, and i guarantee this will be the last time i do business with them.

We only charged a $100 deposit and if you checked your e-mail the container was released from customs today and should be here tomorrow. I just sent a mass e-mail to everyone that has been waiting for this shipment....i think it's quite obvious that it was out of our hands sir.

Thanks,

Anthony

i think its quite obvious that youve totally missed the point. i never griped about the wait, im griping about the lousy customer service. how hard is it to take 2 minutes to type "its still in customs, we will let you know". the deposit is irrelevant, and my message was posted prior to receiving that mass email (by 2 minutes, coincidentally).

reading comprehension>you.

Not much has happened between the last mass e-mail in April and now. There were some issues with the paper work that came over with our shipment and it slowed down the process. There was nothing to report since then so it's basically pointless to repeat the same thing over and over.

Here I am thinking I should send these mass e-mails out so people understand why it's taking so long to get their parts, but you seem to be the only customer who's unhappy about it. Everyone else has been glad that we took the time to let everyone know what the story was.

It's been exactly 5 weeks since you placed your order and the website order confirmation that was e-mailed to you back in March says 4-6 weeks until it ships.

Oh and I can read just fine thanks....

apparently what im trying to tell you is not getting through. so i'll just let this go before either of us get nasty. i do hope that you revise your procedures for this type of situation so that you dont leave your customers hanging for three weeks while they are trying to contact you.

for the record, reading something and understanding what it means are two different things. i never questioned your ability to read.

carry on, im done.

Anthony,

You seem to have stopped responding to my emails, so I guess I'll have to start posting here.

I ordered a skidplate on May 3rd, recieved a confirmation email that same day saying the product "Will Ship within 24 hours" and that I will get an email confirmation when it ships with tracking information. The next day I get another email, saying my order status has been updated, but I check the link and I get the same "Will Ship within 24 hours". A week later, I still get no tracking information and I still have not recieved my product. Sent you an email inquiring where my skidplate was, and you told me that RA was shipping them on Friday May 12th. So I figure it'll take at least til the next Monday to get to your shop, then you ship it out to me and since I live in CT, it should only take one day to ship. I still have recieved no tracking information, no skidplate, and no response to 2 emails I sent you about my order status. It has now been more than 2 weeks since I placed this order, and I'm not even sure when I'm going to get it. Either give me a status update, or refund my money. I will not be ordering from you again and I will recommend the same to everyone.

month 3 and still nothing on my order, im cross posting because i want everyone to know the deal with mauro, they sent parts of my order over the last 3 months. the only way i was able to contact them was here on NASIOC. thats sad. these people are unprofessional and refuse to act like a reputable company.

look here to see how they have acted for a while now

http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show...8#post13893078

i was told my headers shipped weeks ago and no tracking number, no headers, nothing. everyone on here is not alone, look at the post i have linked here. this is pitiful, anthony is not to be trusted as a businessman or a person

by the way, if anyone from mauro reads this my order is 4327, i have tried to call everyday for months now and never get anyone, if there is issue with what i have wrote, call me, u have my number. this is unacceptable and your customers are sick of it!
