Talking Additional Necessary "Fiddly-Bits" for Hybrid Swap?

I'm about to get cracking on my 2.5 SB hybrid/264 Cams/TD06-20G swap into my '02. What additional "fiddly-bits" will I need to pick up? So far, I've accounted for the following:

Shortblock
2.0L heads
Cams/ valvetrain
Turbo
Wallbro FP (installed)
Stock injectors (modded, cleaned and flow tested)
Head Gaskets, Studs
New Turbo gaskets
New manifold/TGV gaskets (?)
STi Oil pan
STi Oil pump? (different?)
intake/exhaust/bigger TMIC (installed)

Any other parts that I may as well change while I have the engine in pieces?

I was considering fuel rails, but have heard that they're somewhat of a "snake oil" upgrade.

Sorry if this question's been asked before. If anyone remembers a good detailed build link (which covers these parts/this question), that would be cool.
