Just finished painting my calipers. I have an 07 Diamond Gray Metallic LTD Navi with the Chrome Package. I'll post some pics of the car when it's clean... It has tinted windows, HIDs, and now painted calipers for exterior mods.
There are 3 pics of the fronts and 1 of the rear. Sorry i was too lazy to center the logo between the spokes for the pics. lol

Be forewarned...compared to a Legacy... the B9 is a PITA to install HIDs on. You will need to remove the battery to get them in on the Driver's side. If you have big hands or arms you'll have to take the Air filter off on the passenger side. |

It's up to you but people should also know it's not legal for a street car to install HID retrofit kits. Some info on that subject here too:
http://www.scoobymods.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2890 I went with upgraded bulbs until I can get the whole lens setup, if that ever comes here that is ![]() http://www.scoobymods.com/forums/showthread.php?t=6124 info there on changing the bulbs out. I have to agree it was a major PITA to get at them. |

I would suggest you put VentureShield oved the hood, mirrors, bumper, headlamp, + door edgegard. I was on part of training for our company (we distribute window films) and peeps from Venture Tape took my car and demonstrate installation of clear hood protect film. It's great and if you don't like it just remove it and put new one. It always protects the paint. They have even pattern for rear cargo area. Now, I know that Beckys are not going to be run in off road like other cars. It's luxury car so people are going to try to protect their interest. I always look at the stone chip when I know there is one on the hood. Try it. (this is not a commercial - it's recommendation)

Well then, it's the right thing for you. I use it on everything. Protecting screen of mp3 players, pda's. It's 6 mil and very easy schrinkable. You can also remove it easily. Venture Tape train people to do business here in USA and CA. You buy films, software and plotters that cut pattern for each part of your car. Other suppliers of this "auto bra'' usually do not provide soft and templates. Then you have to cut it on spot once you are installing in on your car. - > That's the worst paint to do and usualy you cause more damage than protection. I could post some pics to show you that it's not visible for people to see it from distance and they have to come really close to notice it. I have champagne gold and it's just great. Black is the thoughest but if you are skillful installer you won the battle.
