Dont joke with that You have no idea how hard it is to make 700 bucks for a catback in a country that has an exchange rate of 2700bs per dollar.

you could try calling more, or writing to the email accounts with no results like everyone else.

or you could join the growing community and send me an e-mail for the class action lawsuit that is forming.... as it seems they dont' want to settle out of court by paying people back.

Well I had enough of this about a week ago I asked for a refund, and nothing happened, except an e-mail containing a receipt for a re-credit. Since I received no refund, I decided to goto the company where they got there merchant account from, which is Yahoo. Submitted a form stating my experience resulting in fraud. Hopefully we can close down their online store or at least refund our money. If you would like to report fill out this form: Abuse Form

Took me filing a report of fraud with paypal, and pushing forward on a class action lawsuit to get anything done.

I have a feeling paypal froze the account if they didn't pay my acount back.... as it seems my paypal has a more lengthy history of sales and reputation and is more upstanding then theres.

I would expect a 3 month turnaround of everyday harrassment before your lucky enough to see your money back.

this is by far the shadyiest, $hitiest company I have EVER come across...
and I urge everyone to buy there parts elsewhere, where someone will back up there products with simple things ... like REAL tracking numbers... and respond within a timely manner.

I ordered RA Mudflaps from this place a few months back......They charged my C.C. the day of the order.......After 2 weeks of waiting I attempted to contact them via email and left phone messages.........They didn't return anything....... Luckily, I contacted Rally Armor (Very helpful, I must add) and they were able to contact Mauro.......I received my mudflaps over a month from the original date of order........Never heard a word from Mauro....They $uck bad, $hittiest company....Anybody who orders better be prepared to get screwed over one way or another!!!!!!

I love how these guys were around and dealing with people until the latest round of complaints, now they've disappeared. I really wanted to work with you guys, Greg and Anthony, but this is absolutely ridiculous. Your customer service and communication have become pathetic at best.

They still answer my emails to them. Like they have said several times, If you want to deal with them bashing them here is not the solution, send them an email as they requested.
I have not had a single problem with them.

I emailed them multiple times during my ordeal and didn't hear a thing.....I don't think it's bashing, it's a combination of frustration and letting fellow nasiocers aware our past expierences with this company.

Wow, this is why I have not been on here. Some of you are getting very paranoid over this stuff and it looks like you are all feeding off of one another. Noone is stealing any money and noone is dissapearing or closing up any time soon. You are not going to shut us down nor cause any problems but more headaches for youselves, by acting this way. There's benn a **** load of things going on in the office and the business is way over what the two of us can handle...which is good and bad. Anyone who knows us knows that there's a lot going on.

Kolizion - noone froze our account so don't make assumptions. The funds were held with paypal the entire time and the credit was held with them because they investigated WHY the money didn't get refunded correctly.

InvertedB - Why don't you call up GTSpec yourself and you'll see that that splitter your ordered has been backordered for a very long time. No bull****. I've responded to all of your e-mails in a timely fasion and never miscommunicated anything.

Ron - You know what happened with the 18g, but you're still blaming us I guess???

Soji - we cancelled your order and refunded your credit card as requested for the key and flaps that are still on backorder.

Blindstuff - EVO 2's have not come in yet. They were ordered from our Greddy supplier and should be here any day now.

It's the above 5 people repeating themselves over and over creating more problems then solutions. Nearly 3 pages of ranting and wasted bandwidth. This review forum is becoming a hangout for people like this. We don't have time to waste on this forum when there's a lot to be done. You all want progress but there's only so much two guys can do on their own and we're not going to waste time responding to people on here when their key doesn't arrive in 24hours or they're waiting on a backorder. Bashing us and trying to "get back" at us isn't solving your problems with us. If you think posting your rants on here is just going to hurt us and help YOU then you're wrong. The more you repeat youself on here in an immature fasion the more you make yourself look irrational. Anyone else has a problem or thinks they have a potential one then please by all means e-mail me. I'll be in the office until 2pm today! If you want to start a class action lawsuit over some backordered parts then by all means do so.

For the record, we have not had a single issue with recent customer orders since we changed up the website to show real-time inventory. All of the issues the people are having on here are past issues that we are working to fix or have already done so.

Cheers NASIOC,

Greg

I will go ahead and give GTSpec a call myself. However, saying you responded to all my e-mails in a timely fashion is only partially true. Until mid-October you responded to all e-mails in a timely fashion, after I sent an e-mail to you guys regarding my conversations with other vendors you went silent and stopped responding to e-mails completely. I was nothing short of cordial with you guys prior to that point, however disappearing for two weeks from e-mail correspondence and this forum was rather disconcerting and can lead to many people questioning what is really going on.

You know...we're damned if we do damned if we don't. Noone dissapeared but people e-mail us 2,3,4 times a day and expect a response in 10 minutes otherwise there's a problem. Nothing is going to change in that amount of time if you have a backorder or whatever the problem is. We cannot keep responding to the same e-mails over and over and then have people expect us to get things done...it just doesn't happen that way. People tell us, "get off the forums and stop wasting time here." Then others say, "you're not on the forums enough." Which is it guys? Either i'm on here replying to everyones questions, I'm checking my e-mail and responding there, online answering IM's, AND then maybe I can take care of invoicing and orders.

This forum review section simply put is a waste of bandwidth. It's the same people repeating themselves over and over. Some people on here are very irrational and decide to come out of the woodwork 6-7 months later after they've already had their problems resolved. Like the guy who didn't get valve stem caps...wtf is that!?

Others just like to bitch and complain and make up stories about how they're going to get a lawyer over a $200 order....even after they were refunded or the problem was solved. Why? To open up another can of worms!?

It annoys me to see the same people habitually knocking us. What annoys me further is the fact that MANY of our good repeat customers DON'T come on here and support us. I think I know why though. Because they don't want to get caught up in this internet drama. Everyone loves drama, which is why our page views on here are in the tens of thousands, but a lot of our mature customers don't want to get involved.

Like I said before. Problem ----> email me.

I have stated exactly what Greg stated above over and over. Just imagine the email traffic and request for stuff that they must receive. Thay have always answerred all of my quetsions which have been few because I know upfront that when I order a special item that noone else is willing to get for me that it will take time.
Greg has asked over and over that you email him instead of posting here. You should give them a little time to answer your emails and questions.
With all the explaining that both of them has done here it has taken away order processing time.
I am happy that Greg posted above, but it concerns me that there are only a handfull of you that think everything always goes as planned.
Shiot happens and when it does you guys start bashing instead of communicating the way that they have asked.
Their business goes back a few years here and there are only a few of you that dont seem to be completely satisfied with how they try to please you.
All I can say is Thanks to Greg and Anthony I will be getting some very hard parts to find for my wagon and I appreciate the time they are taking to ensure the correct product is ordered.

During my issues, stated above, I EMAILED, I CALLED, I LEFT MESSAGES ZERO responses!!!! I had to contact the manufacturer directly to get the ball rolling.........Customer service blows thru Mauro.....Remember Greg, we are the customers, if it wasn't for us there wouldn't be a Mauro Motorsports.....The way you talk about your customers, "bitch and complain and make up stories".....customer service?? This is what the whole issue is about.....I'm / We are not caught up in "internet drama", we are caught up dealing with a company who lacks customer service.

I have not been one of those people sending e-mails 2,3, or 4 times a day. If you would like I can forward you every single piece of correspondence I have had. It totals about 6 e-mails throughout the last two months with the most recent being 2 weeks ago. I came here when e-mailing failed, that is the reason we have forums like this, for when other forms of communication fail.

I have contacted GTSpec, and you are correct they are out of stock until likely mid-January. They have not been out of stock since I was told they were, but the fact of the matter is, they are now. I still believe communication is key though and as I said a month ago it has been the number one complaint people have had.

Searching through the responses show that people have been getting their parts, but they have been far delayed from their projected delivery timeframe. Simple lack of communication between customer and vendor have been what have led to the vast majority of the complaints of this variety. You can see yourself Greg that I never bashed you guys until you stopped responding to my e-mails. I have been more than cordial in my e-mail correspondence with you guys and given you the benefit of the doubt as often as possible as I know how difficult it can be to run a small business and can only imagine how much more difficult it is doing so through internet sales.

Greg, i've written you 2 or 3 emails, and called a couple of times but left no messages, I have not been harrasing you as you state, the point is I dont think it would be so hard for you to just answer my emails, you tell me the catback hasnt come in when I write you and i can take it easy, but i've been trying to get a hold of anyone @ Mauromotorsports for the last week and no one answers the phone or answers my emails.

I know you guys arent about stealing because I recomended you to a friend after my first order from your store that went through quicky and without any troubles, and he has gotten the same excelent costumer service I got the first time, but it seems that when things get delayed or complicated you would rather ignore than answer up.

This time I ordered an Invidia DP, some KBHangers and an EVO 2. I got the DP and hangers in 10 days later which is fine considering I ordered the cheapest shipping, I can understand you can have delays in getting the parts to ship them out, but we are talking about an order I placed on 09/28, thats a hell of a delay for a catback.

I hate being a pain in the ass with the people @ mauromotorsports, but you must understand that with the amount of people that are having trouble one can get paranoid. I hope we can solve this and I will consider doing bussiness with you again, but I REALLY BELIVE YOU HAVE TO IMPROVE ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMUNICATION, that and only that would have made the diference necesarry to avoid all this trouble.

Stefano.

Like I mentioned earlier, drop me an e-mail. You've ordered from us or your representative in the US has ordered from us a couple of times before and everything arrives quick. We're short EVO 2's which we've relayed to you time and again, but I shouldn't have to repeat myself. When the product arrives we will have tracking and shipping information for you. Until then you'll have to wait for it. We've offered other catbacks that are instock, but you chose to wait and that's fine.

I'm not using Nasioc as a communication portal anymore. We're online on instant messenger and I've got 100+ e-mails to sort through daily....that's where to get info fast.

Thanks again
