Easy installation. 2 holes on the bottom. You already have the clip from your own car.

1 hole behind rear wheel. All you need is one screw and nut and washer for the mounting hole behind rear wheel.

Anyways, those brand new are over $350 PLUS OVERSEA shipping from a reputable online vendor (I think you and I both know where, but I don't want to name the place) and its not buyable in the US. I believe this is the ONLY and First set in the US, so let me know if you have any other questions.
