Default Waxing: professional or DIY

I washed my car last night and realized water doesn't bead on the car anymore. I feel it's time to get it waxed. I wondering if it's better to DIY or take it to a reputable autobody shop to get it done. I'm not looking to simply wash my car and put a coat of Turtle Wax on. I'm interested in the multi-step process of cleaning off old wax, remove light scratches/swirl marks/tar, use clay bars wherever necessary, and putting on a new coat of wax.

Where's a good place in Winnipeg to take it to? For those in the area who DIY, care to do for me for a fair renumeration? I live in an apartment so I haven't the facilities. And I'm a busy boy....
