Default New addition to the family

I picked this car up yesterday for $1900. A few things to play with but I am happy so far. It also came with defi boost, greddy profec-b, and a set of the stock STI bbs on winter tires.

I may take the works to my wrx ra but I need to see how I like the color on white vs the gold OZ I just picked up.

Wow is that thing hot! What a steal for a twin turbo legacy for 2000. It doesn't have projectors so that is a 94 correct?

Yeah, 94 gt, bg5, ej20 motor, just a single turbo as far as I could see. I think it has a power fc or some aftermarket ecu, I have a stock ECU in the pile of stuff I got with her. also it does some crazy thing with boost.

@3000 it is at 1 bar, by 3750-4000 it drops to .6-.7 bar and by 4200 is back to 1 bar steady till redline. Any Idea on why? I think bad tune or the boost controler needs to go. Oh well I got digging to do.

How do you think the work CR's will look on my white wrx type ra, ha I already talked the wife out of them.

That would be the first turbo and then the second turbo kicking in That little dead spot in between is referred to as the valley of death.

Holy crap guys. I just got the thing to my house last night to look her over. I thought it was a single turbo but stupid me I didnt think to look at the other side. engine code EJ20HD..... That is the TT. This makes more sense now. Thanks for pointing out I should have looked better in the first place. I get excited and miss stuff! Thanks mark, you just put me a little more at ease!

Aside from mushy handleing (compared to my caged RA) I am stoked for this thing. And man oh man the options on this thing! power every thing, all the way down to heated power folding mirrors. It is the options that I now miss on my little racer (the white one in the background).
