Default STI BBS rims - how to unmount tires to avoid paint chips?

I have two sets of STI BBS rims. One rougher set I use for winter. I got snows recently installed and the rims got few paint chips from unmounting the uber stiff RE70s that were on them.

I have another mint set I am going to put summers on. I want to avoid any paint chips/scratches.

I read the rims are reverse center drop rims, i.e. the tire should be mounted/unmounted from the back side of the rim?

I also believe there are these new fancy Hunter tire changer machines, but have not located one yet (in central NJ).
