I still... still have not received my driving sports DVD that was supposed to be shipped years ago.
I have contacted Subiesport magazine on numerous occasions via email and this is the only response I have gotten: "We put in two additional requests for you to receive the DVD. Once in Feb and then again in May 06. The DVD comes from the publisher, so if you have already contacted them about it, all I can assume is they ran out of the DVD's." Oh so I guess since the publisher is out of DVDs I am SOL right? I was never notified that any 'requests' were placed for me. This was the first email response I have received after numerous contact attempts. I also posted in the infamous 'still no dvd' thread on the Subiesport site and Ryan Douthit personally posted: ' this is a personal matter. The DVDs were shipped months ago. ' Oh so after you guys fall behind more than a year in production and FINALLY get the DVDs out to some customers I guess I am at fault right? So Subiesport mag this was the reason I cancelled my subscription. You make a good magazine but your customer service is lackluster. Please just send me my DVD. I will then consider re-subscribing.

Derek,
For the first time since this issue was brought up last year, you finally provided us your proper shipping information just a few minutes ago. If we don't have the right address, and you don't get back to our multiple requests for that info (we left phone messages and sent emails) we can't do much to fix the problem. All we saw were "I didn't get my DVD!" posts and emails. Yeah, great, we can't ship a DVD to an email address or a forum post. This is now resolved, the DVD is going out via USPS. You may want to review your own communication skills before saying publicly that we're at fault for 'ignoring' customer service issue when you failed to provide us with the most basic of information. I am happy, however, that this is finally resolved. Thread closed. |
