Default No speedo/fan relay clicking

Just recently after i put a new clutch in my car my speedo stopped working and my fan relay keeps clicking....any suggestions?!?!?!?!?!?

Is the VSS plugged in? It would have been disconnected when the trans was pulled, might have forgotten to plug it back in.
If this is the case you'd have a CEL. Also is the CEL flashing constantly? If so check the green connectors under the driver side dash, they must NOT be plugged together. If someone connected them it will put the ECU into a diagnostic mode and cause the fans to cycle among other things.

Vehicle speed sensor, it's on the trans. It supplies speed info to the ECU and speedo/odo.

the problem is the VSS is very picky to get it in to the transi would recommend getting a new one, other than that i would check the connector for the sensor, as far as the fan relay clicking on and off i couldnt tell you i'd say if you didnt install that fan back in then extend the wires to the a/c fan since the A/C has been removed

Is there any way i can voltage test the sensor before i buy a new one?

pull the sensor out of the trannie and spin it wit a drill wit hte key on and see if the speedo works
