Default Tgv Delete Group Buy!!!! (STI EJ25 & WRX EJ20)

Hey guys,

We have just put together a TGV Delete Group Buy.

2002-2005 WRX EJ20
The best solution for the 2002-2005 WRX EJ20 is the JDM Spec C manifold. Not only does this manifold look amazing, it deletes your TGV's thus improving performance (you will need some form of engine management to turn off the CEL).

JDM SPEC C INTAKE MANIFOLD & Gruppe-S Fuel Rail Adapter
-Designed for top feed injectors
-~20% flow improvement
-Includes Gruppe-S Fuel Rail Adapter
$399 Shipped!! (normal price $449)

2004+ STI EJ25
Don't waste your time welding up your stock TGV housings (and testing for leaks). Go OEM! These are JDM OEM TGV deletes for a limited edition STI car. They are BRAND NEW.
-JDM STI TGV'S
-~20% increase in flow
-Will bolt on to stock USDM manifold and heads
-Minor modification to the USDM manifold is required (you will have to enlarge the 2x center holes on each side by ~2mm). It's a 5 minute job with a drill
$169 Shipped!! (normal price $199)

GROUP BUY TERMS:
*100% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED
*LEAD TIME IS 4-6 WEEKS
*GROUP BUY CLOSES 5/1/07

Thanks

Gary

I'm confused, isn't this the same group buy you had here?

http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show....php?t=1111476

Will the adapter allow you to run USDM fuel rails?

Hey Gary, I'm confused too. Ppl are waiting for your adaptor for it, but you are starting another GB for the same thing that comes with the adaptor? Same qustion here, can I buy the adaptor only? Does your adaptor fit with Perrin V2 fuel rail kit?

The original GB was $349.99 for the V8 manifold. Are we to assume that the adapter is $50 if we want to buy that by itself?

The adapters would be $69 shipped if you wanted the adapters by itself. Thanks,

Does this adapter you offer work w/ BDL Industries fuel rails for WRX's (2004)
So this is a direct bolt-on to the USDM models if I have read everything correctly.

Thanks in advance

Hi E, you will probably have to relocate some wires / sensor holders, but the manifold bolts on directly to the USDM WRX heads, and the fuel injectors will work. Honestly I would consider this a more advanced mod, it's not really meant for guys that are running stock turbos or even VF34's.

Thanks,

Gary

Thanks Gary for the heads up. But whom said I was running a VF34 or stock unit.
I will have to ponder going this route vs doing the deletes and using my stock manifold.

Hehe sorry I wasn't implying you were runing the VF34, I was just generalizing. If you're looking for big power you will want to run this manifold - there is a small loss associated with turbulence during the transition between TGV and manifold according to STI engineers. This is exactly why the V8 manifold is a 1 pc unit as opposed to the V7 manifold with TGVless housings.

Cheers,

Gary

I will ask this question again. Will it work with the USDM fuel rails provided we use your adapters?

Hi Sean,

Yes the JDM V8 intake manifold coupled with our Gruppe-S adapters will accomodate the OEM fuel rails on an 02-05 WRX. Thanks,

Gary

PM'ed you with a few questions. By lead time 4-6 weeks do you mean that we will receive the manifolds 4-6 weeks after May 1, 2007?

Gary or Zak,

is there a limit to the number of people that can take advantage of this GB? I'm thinking of purchasing the setup but won't have the funds till the 27th. Thanks guys!

No limit, although I hear we they may be running low in Japan. As with the RA gears this is a limited production item, Subaru Japan only keeps a couple dozen of each part # in stock at any given time!

Thanks,

Gary

The STI TGVs are designed specifically for the side feed injectors. If you are looking for top feed TGVs we can special order those too (from the V7 STI) but they are a bit more expensive. My recommendation is to go with the entire V8 manifold - that flows better than having a 2 pc setup. Thanks,

Gary

So....will this be beneficial for a stage 4 (vf34) set up? I was told by a tuner that it would.
