What's up with used car dealer fees that rip you off??

I noticed this on a lot of ebay auctions and I'm sure many used car dealers do this.

what i don't know is that its like $40 to post a car on ebay and like $40 $60 for a full detail is pretty ****ing cheap!!!!!111
