Purchase enough 3m double sided tape or moulding tape.
Have at least 2 small bottles of krazy glue.
Have a friend to help you out.
Take your time on this one, possibly 1-2 hour.

I didn't have enough of everything in the above

use screws + bolts + washers if you want it to be 'more' secure.

I just installed mine 1-2 weeks ago, but I FUBARED it, cause I installed it on the wrong side of the rubber seal. It still looks alright, but not as 'proper' as it should be.

All cleaned up w/ my new-used RA flaps. $50 bucks and I took them off a car at the local subie dealership. Makes me happy!

mdungelman-those wheels look perfect on your car. Nice score on the RA flaps as well.

Thanks man. I think they look pretty damn good! As for the exhaust, its a Stromung Dual-Tip axleback section. I have a crap vid from todays auto-x. There is somewhat of a decent sound at about 45 seconds. Oh well...

the sound you get out of an sti axel back is minimal you notice it at start up but thats about it. a friend of mine has an 07 2.5 with an sti axel back... its a bit dissapointing.

Prodrive is nice, but they all sound better with UEL headers, as most would agree.

Updated picture of my 2.5i - The car was pretty dirty in this pic, and got washed the next day, but oh well =P. Also added new Borla headers, high-flow cat, to 1 piece magnaflow exhaust back.

Cool pics, but too much PS distortion/effects... hard to tell what that car would actually look like in person. non-edit pics please

4EAT 2.5i's have a FWD fuse for when you put a spare on. it is also in the book telling you to put a spare fuse into the socket to disactivate the AWD. for that while, FWD rocked, haha.

I have a WRX axleback on my car [circa 2004] and it sounds nice, and looks better [IMO] and it gives it a Borla Hush effect since it is loud at the top of the RPMs, almost silent in midrange [until i-AVLS engages] and VERY VERY deep at low end. I love it, and gives it a more raw and appealing sound than when I hear STi axlebacks on 2.5i's
