I am in the process of purchasing a totaled car that the owner said had a built bottom end/ JDM head and cams and JDM ECU> I removed the ECU cover on he passenger floorboard and the code on it was AF422 which is a USDM ECU according to ECUtech website. How can I tell if the heads are legit without pulling them. Is there a head code stamped and if so where is it located? Any help would be appreciated.
