Default STI maintenance

For an STI ver3 motor would I be able to get basic maintenance parts from the parts dept at the dealer. Stuff like oil, Fuel, and air filters. As well as t-belts and alt and A.C belts? Also is there any specific maintenance stuff to do the motor?
