Any of you guys know "06 Scooby" aka Robert Bell of Peoria, AZ?

I bought a VF22 off of him in August for $500 shipped, and he hasn't sent me the turbo nor has he returned my money. He said he was selling for a friend, he gave the money to his friend, and his friend screwed him by not giving him the turbo. Actually, his friend screwed me. Assuming there ever really was a friend.

I'm appealing to you SWICers since, during our e-mail communications in which he assured me he'd make good on this deal, he said he is well known amongst SWICers and they'd vouch for his character. So, is this guy a jerk off deadbeat, or is he a decent guy? Seeing as how I have neither my turbo nor my refund, I'm heavily leaning toward jerk off deadbeat.

Anyway, the guy hasn't logged on to nabisco since he stole my money from me, so I guess the legacy he wants to leave on this board after 1000+ posts is that he's a douchebag thief.

Of course, if he winds up getting me my turbo or my refund, I'll take this back and delete this thread. But until then, I'm leaving it up since he did tell me to check with you guys to verfiy his character.

If you've got any tips on how to get a hold of him (he's stopped responding to my e-mails) I'd appreciate a PM. Or if any of you know him, I'd appreciate it if you'd let him know that this is the nabisco legacy he's leaving if he doesn't make good on our deal.

So, I looked up old posts and saw his phone number in a couple of threads. Called it. Apparently no longer his. Unless he's Mexican and really good at pretending he's not really Robert Bell.

So now I guess I have to resort to whatever legal action is possible due to this worthless sack of crap absconding with my funds. Karma's a bitch, Robert Bell of Peoria AZ. Until you make this right, you'll get yours.

Sorry man, that sucks ass. I was supposed to buy some parts off of him and on the date we made arrangements to meet I called him for his address and the parts were sold from under me

i can't believe bobby would do this kind of stuff. He has always been a cool kid and i know a lot of peole respected him on here. I have his number but its probly the same one you have. If i see him around i will let him know to step up and take care of this

i believe bobby bought his seats and never paid him for them, and we havent seen this guy in forever, i think gormonk saw him a few weeks ago at bell and 43rd ave or something like that on sat night where the azawd guys were occasionally meeting

I bought his stock rear sway bar, which he claimed was 20mm. Turned out to be 17mm. I had no problems communicating with him or meeting up with him to return it and get $$ back. Granted, it was only about $40 I think, but he was cool. Maybe he took up heroin after that.

he bought my 20mm rear sway and he got confused thinking that 02's were bigger than 20mm and he thought the 06's came with 20mm

though i made it clear the size of the sway so i dont know how you get that messed up

He took them out of my car and never saw him after that..I would TRY AND TRY to get ahold of him and when I would he would give me some dumb excuse...After time I told him to make me payments and he agreed which he never did...SO like 4 months after all that I told him to keep them since he needs them more then me...IMHO...He is a scumbag for doing such a thing...I even gave him the "friend" deal $500 for BRAND NEW STI SEATS!!!!

I dont know about a Justin as I didnt hang out with him, but I know that someone that is friends with him has a vf22 now and got it around the same time he was selling the one in the other thread, posted in there sticking up for him even.....
