Wish I could do this to my 04 WRX wagon.....it would the car look more balanced since I have the STI front end.

Um... remove the rubber stripping on the inner fender...and the whole point of that strip was to have more clearance in the rear...so roll your quaters....

Well I have an 04 bumper for sale in the classifieds section but the 05 bumper would be greatly suggested.

i have sedan front fenders and bumper for my wagon too... i think i'm going to go ahead and go for the sti rear overfenders so i run 245 or 255 tires. i won't really mind if it doesn't match with the rear bumper.

OP: please tell me that you're going to cut/roll the fenders to run a more aggressive wheel/tire combo

I am, my new wheels are 18x8.5 and have 255/35's.

BTW, added pics of the drivers side to the original post and a farther out pic of the passenger side along with another install tip.

i dont have any. i got a deal on the flears but no clips i just need the other half of the clips the ones that go in the car after u drill holes

What's stopping you? Fabrication is a beautiful thing man (within reason). If there is a will there is a way. I'm sure you could chop up some universal flares and use them to blend the STi ones into the bumper.

If I had the money to get the wider wheels I would try that on my Wagon.

i should of drilled holes as well...

went with a short cut and used heavy duty silicone...now is not coming off and someone scrathed and cracked my rear fender flare and cant even replace it..

any suggestions?
