Default Rear ended in parking lot...anything to worry about?

My sister got rear ended in her 2002 (I think) Outback Limited sedan. I don't think there is any visible damage except for some scratches and scuffs. Is there anything internal that might need to be replaced as far as bumper shocks (don't know if they have them) and mounts go?

PS: I tried searching but the search function was down and the google search returned nothing useful.
