Default Air in power steering line?

I just did a change of fluid for my power steering. Now my wheel is harder to turn sometimes and it vibrates and the power steering pump makes a noise. I used the recommended ATF fluid. I searched and followed the few guidelines of turning the wheel lock to lock about ten times or trying to drive around in figure eights. Neither worked even though I tried them both a few times.

So what should I do?
