Bugeye JDM projector removal
Ok, I am trying to remove my JDM HID projectors out of my bugeye. I ran into a snag while trying to get them out, after viewing many others posts on retro's ive found the issue.
First here is the usual projector bracket ive been seeing
Now what I want you to pay attention to is the part of the mounting bracket with a hole. Looking at the projector from the front its the bottom left mounting spot.
here is a close-up of that spot (normal version)
Ok, now that is nice and easy to remove. Now here comes my luck. This is the way mine look at that mounting point.
And how the height adjuster mounts into the bracket. From my observations its a ball-ended rod secured by that white clip. Now I tried to get the clip out, but there is very limited room and would rather not damage my JDM HID's.
So anyone have experience with this bracket? What is the method for removal?
