TimStevens Scooby Specialist Member#: 4817 Join Date: Mar 2001 Chapter/Region: NESIC Location: Albanyish, NY Vehicle: 2012 STI, '02 WRX '91 MR2, '05 Speed Triple	Mirrors on F1 cars Ok... dumb question, but one that's I've been wondering while. Why don't the aero engineers of F1 cars make the mirrors shaped like wings to generate downforce? I know they have to be a specific size, but I'd think you could make the side away from the driver much more aerodynamic than the current crop are and generate a little more downforce... Just curious... must be a slow day at work or something -tim
