I bought an Injen cold air intake and an SSQV from them, and the service is outstanding. I live about 45 minutes from their shop and had some clearance issues with the BOV because of my larger top mount. They let me use the tools that they had in the shop and installed it there. 5/5 will DEFINITELY do more business with them

Very good service, I ordered Monday night, got an email first thing Tuesday letting me know one of my items was out of stock and told me what my options are. They shipped my order that day and I received it by thursday. Nice fast free shipping.

great service from rallysport. got the last set of prodrive p1 springs they had for a gc. showed up in 2 days. contact was frequent when i had questions before and after.

Just bought the Invidia Race exhaust and all I can say is WOW. Superb customer service. Ordered Wednesday night arrived Friday afternoon. Love being 45 min away from them. The only down side is having to pay Utah Sales Tax lol. Great job 5/5. Will definitely do business in the future.

These guys are awsome! First order from them, but they were far better than most vendors that I have used. Placed order last night, and less that 24 hours I have a tracking number in my Email as well as constant communication of the status of my order through out the day.

I ordered a TurboXS downpipe from RSD a few months ago, and like a JERK I didn't post a review here. I'm very sorry.

Anyway, I wasn't real sure which downpipe I wanted to go with, and I had some reservations about TXS. One phone call later, I was well at ease with my decision, and I had all the parts I needed on their way.

I also had a difficult shipping situation, as I live in an apartment building and I wanted to deliver to work. Nick worked with me (patiently), and eventually the order went through. Thanks for that. The shipment went out promptly, and was received in under a week. All things considered, a great experience with a great vendor.

I ordered my Invidia N1 Catback on Saturday, it was shipped out first thing on Monday, Service is Exceptional and I will definitely be purchasing here again. Now if Only UPS didn't Charge excessive customs brokerage it would be the only place I'd be shopping.

Today I ordered a bunch of gaskets from Rally Sport Direct online. My order status was shipped in under an hour and I had an email from UPS QuantumView after less than two hours for deliver tuesday (I ordered on a Friday). I know this is the way its supposed to be done but its nice to see a vendor DOING it. Well done RSD, I will definitely shop with you at every opportunity!

I had a few questions about a gauge pod that I had bought from someone other than RSD but emailed them to ask a few questions about how to make it work with different size gauges. They emailed back and forth with me through out the day to help me resolve my problem and even contacted a rep from Defi to help me out. In the end I was not able to find a solution, so I ordered an ATI pod from them and had it 3 days later(I placed the order on a Sunday). Always good service and very helpful with questions.

i called them up this morning after pm'ing about prices on some Epic springs and their sway bar and got an answering machine. Kirill called me back within the hour and had the springs and bar shipped this afternoon. these guys have really decent prices, ship fast, and seem like nice guys to boot.

Just bought some stuff from these guys and the customer service from Tanner is top notch. You usually don't get any communication from companies online but these guys act like your right their in the store. I will most likely get the rest of my parts from them. Plus they had the cheapest prices plus free shipping over $200. That's pimp. Can't wait to get the parts.

Another very satisfied customer here. Everything start several weeks ago when my car start acting up. For some reason my car start show bad AFR reading so I start eliminate one problem by another first I tough there will be some vacuum leak so I did several pressure tests and find few lose hose I tight them up but my problem was still there so I check another part and found out my EL APS headers cracked second time after I re-weld them two months ago. So I write another email to APS and instead I receive auto response saying if I have more question I should contact local distributor so I look up on the list of all distributors for USA and Rally Sport Direct was first who caught my attention. I remember I bought from them few things in past so I decide to contact them and at least complain how pore customer service APS have. Iím big fan of APS and I have majority parts from this company so I was really disappointed. Especially on part which was not cheep at all. I was immediately contacted by Tanner and he immediately offered me some help. By this time I didnít even know how well this will end up. I exchange few emails with Tanner and he told me APS just completely revised their EL headers and he also tell me they warranted some of there old headers because they cracked. He asks me from who I bought my headers. I didnít know because it was B-day gift from my girlfriend and it was 2 yrs ago so I ask my GF to look up and she find out that purchase was made through RSD. With this information I went back to Tanner and he told me they will take care of me. He asks me to take a picture of that crack and send it to him and they will contact APS for me. After week they come up with good news. They told me to send them my cracked headers and once they receive my headers they will send me new revised headers free of charge. I couldnít be more then happy. So I want to personally thank Tanner for all his work and for complete satisfaction on my end. Well done Rally Sport Direct.

Another happy new customer here!
After weeks of research on brake upgrades and shopping around, I decided to order from RallySport Direct. Their prices were the best I could find for the brake pads & fluid that I wanted.
During the order process I had a few questions, so I logged into the "Live Chat" on the RSD website. Tanner was very helpful and patient with my questions regarding stock availability and shipping. My order was placed on Monday, shipped out on Tuesday from Utah, and arrived in CA on Wednesday.

I'm overall very satisfied with RallySport Direct's friendly customer service and prompt shipping. Will definitely order again from them in the future!

I just purchased a Sparco Chrono Road seat from RSD. Kirill is very helpful and answers pm's promptly. If you're stuck at work and can't call in it's great I would definitely buy from them again.
