Hahaha that would be me; but here at my apt. at ECU, we usually don't get our packages until around 6-7pm I could probably still drive mine, but after it started to get warm at that stoplight the other day, I just don't want to risk it.

Not to question your knowledge or experience guys, but make sure you re-fill the coolant properly. Too often people don't, and then come back in with problems again. Also, the petcock on that radiator takes a little work to get snug. So if you have a very minor leak at operating temps from the petcock, it just isn't quite tight enough. If it's really tight when cold, let it warm up a little and tighten it a little more, and it should seal. I just wrap my arm in a towel/rag/dead animal, and reach down there and tighten it up. You might even put a little teflon tape on it, just keep it tidy.

That's what I've been studying. What exactly is the "petcock?"

I'm thinking its the drain plug on the bottom but not 100%. Im gonna take pictures to compare the stock VS our cheap ebay units to show others that are considering it too

Sweet deal. I'm definitely taking pics as well. You can never have too many pics

I think I might call FedEx and just ask them if I can come pick it up from them. I don't have class on Friday so I don't want to waste it just sitting around waiting for them to deliver the damn thing. Do you think they would let me do that? Or request an earlier drop-off time?

The petcock is the drain valve, Its just the technical term for it.

I'm going to order one of the Ebay radiators soon. My upper mounts snapped off of mine in an accident and they wont cover it. I'll let you guys know how it goes.

Ah, ok. That's lame that they won't cover that... seems a little ridiculous to me.

After draining it, removal shouldn't take more than about 10 minutes...

The removal wasn't the hard part. The little petcock valve or w/e was sealed shut as if the last person who dealt with it was trying to make the radiator the coolant's tomb.

But once it all drained out, it took all of 5 minutes to pull the sucker out.

i don't think fedex will do that for you cause it will be out on the truck all ready. You will have to wait for it to arrive

Yea I called today and asked them about it. They said that they have to attempt delivery at least once... I told her I really needed it Friday morning and she was like, "Well, you can pick it up from the FedEx store on Monday when they open."

I almost lost it lol After I went through this big long story of how I needed it ASAP lulz
