Default EGT bung on manifold.. some adviced needed

hi all.. I am about the to install the Greddy EGT sensor on the manifold.. I will be giving this to the machine shop to do the tap.

My question is... after the tap the manifold and installed the bung(or adaptor.. whatever it is call).. does the connection/thread between the bung and the manifold require any sealant/loctie/tape? I just want to make sure no leak...

And.. I have heard from everyone that when I screw in the sensor into the bung.. it will require some high temp. loctie... right?

pls help.. thx

Wilson
