Well for the windows then just use a razor blade and some real fine steel wool with glass gleaner. The paint i would use a clay bar depending on how bad it is and what u should go with. Cause theres a few different clay bars but i would try to stick with the blue one witch is the fine grade along with some Maguiares last touch to keep it wet while doing it. Then for the other spots i would use some 2.0 Diamond Cut from Maguiares as well. Rub it on then buff it off. Hope some of this info helps u out or at least gets you started.

Mainly the clay bar is to get the over spray off the paint then u follow that up with the diamond cut then buff to a glossy finish. But for the most part you need a buffer and some swirl free polish and see how that goes for the swirl marks. If it doesn't help then you have to use something a little more aggressive then finish up with the swirl free. But be careful buffing cause you can burn the paint easily. Best thing is to keep the buffer moving side to side. At the body shop i work at they have a detail place and I've seen them does this numerous times and they still can burn the paint.

Ditto.
Use a good polish to get the swirl marks out. After you are satisfied with that, use Duragloss. It's a sealant and last for a very long time. Also protects very well. Looks stunning and easily comes off. Do it in the shade!!!!
