Well, its not the best angle, but my car is the SGM Impreza. I have 20% on all the door windows (front and back) and my rear window is 5%. The 5% on the rear window is nice because it keeps the back seats dark. This setup is good for privacy if thats what you want. I was going to do 5% all around, but the guy warned me that it would be inviting the police to pull me over. I drive around my University Campus almost everyday and haven't been stopped once (for the tints or anything else). I will see if I can get another angle for you, but I think this is the best I have. Hope it helps.

I know you said u want 06-07s, but I have 35% on the 4 doors and 20% on the rear window, and you can definately tell its tinted, but its not so dark as to ask cops to pull you over. Hope this helps

in the first pic posted by Boosted WRX STi, what tint percentage is being displayed on that black subie? that looks a lot like my car so it gives me an idea as to what to expect.

I used Dupli-color engine enamel (primer, top coat, and clear). The color I used was Universal Gold.

here is my bugeye with 20% on all 5 with my windshield untouched. Personally, if I were to do it again I would do 15% or stick with the 20%, but certainly not anything higher and 20.

well, the law in michigan is pretty stupid as hell

TINTED WINDOWS

Question: Can I have tinted windows on my vehicle?

Answer: The law that covers window applications is MCL 257.709 . The use of tinting is limited to the rear side windows, the rear window if the vehicle has outside mirrors on both sides, and the top 4 inches of the front side windows. There is a limited exception for medical necessity with a doctor's prescription, which allows for tinting to be applied to the front side windows as well. Michigan does not have a specification for the darkness of the window application, but does prohibit applications with a solar reflectivity greater than 35%.

so it can be as dark as you want, even 5%, but only the top 4 inches up front.
thus, if its not soooo noticable up front, like 35, i should not get pulled over but not fish bowl as much, either./
