540whp/93oct and 613whp/c16, need more turbo!
Today I brought my car back to The Shop to have it retuned with the DW1100s. This car previously made 505whp on 93 @ ~22psi with my old PE850s completely maxed out.
With 93oct and 24psi it made 543whp.
With VP C16 and 27psi it made 613whp. The car made multiple pulls above 600. We tried upping the boost and removing the air filter, but the turbo is just totally maxed out. Next upgrade will be a HTA86.
Here is a short rundown of the mods.
Motor built by [email protected] Performance (not one of his standard packages but nothing too special)
Off the shelf CP Pistons with swaintech coating on the skirts
Some light head porting in the valve bowls
Supertech +0.5mm SS valves and dual valvesprings
Cosworth 278/274 AVCS cams
DW1100s, Perrin top-feed rails, Aeromotive FPR, Dual Walbros
gt35r .82ar T31 2.5" housing, tial 44mm EWG
Custom FMIC by synapseturbo.com, 3" ID piping and a garrett 900hp core
Custom 2.5" ID Uppipe, Gruppe-S UEL Header, QTP Cutout, Borla Hush catback
OpenECU + TXS UTEC, AVC-R EBC, Defi gauges
The C16 road test was a lot of fun but Junior was starting to as it tached up 5th gear to redline
