..:: misfire cyl 2 - COIL sparking arcing VIDEO ::.. please help diagnose

MY car is a 1998 2.5 RS with 110k miles on it.

So my car has been intermittently misfiring on cylinder 2. I verified the code with my OBD2 scanner. I've also been researching about the possible reasons that this could be happening:
- bad injector
- valve adjustment
- bad plug and/or wire
- bad coil
- bad front o2 sensor

I've been waiting for it to misfire again so I can verify that the plug is even firing. Well today it started acting up again....it always happens when it rains... and popped the hood and noticed that the coil is arcing or sparking on the plug wire. The link below shows the video of what is going on. Does this seem to be a coil, spark plug, spark plug wire, or all of the above? Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.
