HID's/Yellow fogs

So as of next Wednesday I've done everything I want to do with my car power wise. I am starting to think about some visual mods and was wondering I have day time running lights does that effect running HID's?

Also where would be the cheapest place to pick up HID's/Yellow fogs?

do a little searching, HIDs in the fogs are bad. dont do it.

Yah I guess I'll look around on here, but why is the yellow fogs bad? A buddy has the hid's/yellow fogs on his mazda 3 and it looks pretty hot

I think what he ^ means is do not use HID's in your fog housings.... using yellow halogen bulbs as fog lights is a good idea for those rainy days. HID's are everywhere these days, beware of ebay cheap style bulbs. Usually brands that are manufactured in Germany are not bad. Sometimes the price reflects the quality as well but do not rely on that. See what kind of warranty the brand offers and make sure they are plug and play style w/ballasts. Importimageonline.com sells some decent ones with a warranty. Good luck
