Default Shop advice in or around Beaufort, SC

Hey guys whats up? I need some advice. My car is currently sitting at my friends house in Beaufort, SC we are both in the military. I am stationed in Japan and currrently on a deployment. He is leaving soon as well and wont be back till January.

I need your guy's advice on reputable shops that can build up my motor (EJ257 with EJ255 heads, FMIC, etc) and is reputable tuner with Hydra and hopefully source a 6spd conversion for me as well. I would like a shop in or around Beaufort or near by. I am rotating back to the States in December and would like the car completed before then. Payment is going to be tricky but it can be worked out.

Larry was in the process of doing the 04-05 STi conversion as well. I need it to be finished up as well and painted. So I need a reputable body shop, but this is the last priority because I am not sure how far Larry is along on the conversion.

Thanks again for the help.

Can you have the engine shipped out? Maxwell Power has really impressed me and have been building engines forever. Their attention to detail is amazing....they build Subaru engines for car and for airplanes. The same detail and attention is given to the automotive side as is to the airplane side.

If you want to take the entire car and have it built and tuned all at once Topspeed in Atlanta is the guys who take care of my car. They have built several very impressive setups that are proven.

Epic Motorsports should be just up the road from you. (and by just up the road I mean a 4hr drive.)

I took my friends car to Topspeed. They did great work and had some very resonable prices as well.

Has anyone else dealt with Epic?

Here is a snap shot of my sent items for a pm that i replied to back in March. We would still be happy to try to fix what ever it is about the set up that you don't like, however we did try to contact you. sorry for the confusion:
