Yep some reason they keep declining my Visa.

I get an e-mail from you saying the credit card company is denying it.

I call my credit card company and they say their records have it confirmed and YOU are denying my order.

Well, I'm tired from work, I guess I don't need mud flaps anyways.

Unless you had different billing and shipping addresses there is no reason why the order would not go thought.

Ordered a set of mudflaps for an upcoming road trip. Ordered late sunday (11pm), and received them about 10am today (Wed). Since it was shipped on monday, that was very quick shipping and service.

Package arrived in a well packed box (hard to mess up mudflaps), and was as promised. Because of the quick service/shipping, I will be using RSD again in the future. Possible katboy order.

I had to search out this thread because i have had nothing short from excellent service from rally sport direct. Fair prices, fast shipping and no damaged products. I've found that its easy to talk about a company's faults but not often enough do we mention the times when we get exactly what we want.

Thank you again for proving that there are still company's with good customer service.

I have just wrapped up an excellent transaction with RSD that I think is worth mentioning as it shows what happens when a company actually gives a damn about it's customers.

I was looking last week in the Vendor Sales threads and saw that they had the exact CBE system I desperately wanted for my car on sale for the weekend only, and at a helluva good price. I fired off a quick email to them asking if they would honour the price slightly longer than the end of Sunday due to the fact that I am currently deployed in Afghanistan. Between the time difference and my utterly garbage connection, it was probably going to take a bit of time to make alternate shipping arrangements for my stuff.

Almost right away I got an email back from Kirill who said he would glady hold the price a bit longer for me until we could confirm everything. This started a back and forth email session that to say mildly, demonstrated excellent customer service at all levels. He showed great patience and I feel he went out of his way to help me with some of the details that had to be hammered out between us and a third party.

I got confirmation that everything is going smoothly and in the end, feel that I dealt with a person and company who genuinely wanted to help their customer out. I highly recommend Rally Sport Direct to anyone and want to peronally thank Kirill for making this a really positive transaction.

Had a really good experience with these guys. Made an order, wanted it shipped to a different address (UPS dumps stuff on my front porch in full view of the public). One of the parts was low stock (an HKS SSQV3), but they rushed my order and got it out the door within a couple of hours. However, due to a new computer system, human error, etc. the order was shipped to an invalid address (UPS didnt catch that one). I called RSD, talked to Tanner, I believe. He got fixed immediately, order was delivered to the correct address and on time. They even put up with my ignorance when I called and *thought* I was missing a couple of parts - I wasn't. Every time I talked on the phone to them, they were polite, professional, and quick to act. I will order from them again. Thanks for the excellent customer service guys!

Customer Service Review,

Recently, while trying to remove my lug nuts to change a tire, my spline drive lug socket actually split right down the side, rendering it useless. After searching and searching to try to order just the socket, I finally came to RSD. I got in contact with Ben Director of Sales and Purchasing Manager. We exchanged emails about the issue and a few days later, once my schedule finally allowed, I called him to set up the payment info.

To my shock, Ben had already put the socket on special order and was expecting it in on Friday (4-16). Keep in mind that I had not paid for the item at that point. Sure enough, he had the socket on Friday, two day shipped it, and I had it on Tuesday morning (4-20). It was the exact socket I needed and a perfect fit. Not bad for only having seen a picture of the broken key and a quick explanation of the situation.

Ben was a pleasure to work with, timely in his responses, and went out of his way to make sure I had my socket when I wanted it. Just the fact that he ordered the key for me without so much as a dime is justification enough for my review. All in all, a great experience and a new dedicated customer. Ill definitely be browsing their site a lot more often.

Since i'm new to the whole Subaru thing I didn't know where to go for parts. Some how I found RSD and i'm glad I did. I ordered the Kartboy Short Throw with bushings at 0930AM and by 1100AM I had tracking numbers. It arrived at my house 2 days later. I will definitely be ordering from them again, hopefully very soon.

I can go all day praising these guys. but simple things out,

1. No pressure, willingness to help (just about everyone I talk to but I talked to Rick most of the time)
2. Super good communication (very prompt response. if they say they will call u back, then they WILL call u back. Simply the best. Absolutely no BS involved. like "yea we are packing it right now" 3 days later "well, we got a call from warehouse.." kind of bs.)

There were couple of occasion that when they didn't have item for my order then they called me FIRST about an hour later not 3 days later, and let me know right away in prompt fashion. One other impressive thing was that my process west TMIC splitter had minor fitment issue. It was nothing major but they took care of it right away and I got newly designed splitter from Australia! It is so easy to say like "oh well, we can't do anything at this point" but they were ALWAYS courteous and keeping things in neat manner; no BS.

RallySports Direct, You WILL get my business for future. You guys are awesome! Keep up the good work!
