Default rubber inner wheel well trim repair 2000 OBS

The rear wheel wells on my 2000 OBS have a slit rubber weatherstrip (about 18-24 inches long) that fits over the inside metal edge of the fender and edge of the plastic well. I expect this is to keep out assorted snow/rain etc.

Anyway, the passenger side piece is coming off and dragging on the rear tire. It doesn't look like there are any fasteners so I am assuming the piece is just glued on?

Insights and repair suggestions welcomed!
