^^^ i have a powershot 1000 and my pictures look HALF as quality as that....

any help or pointers... i just shoot on "auto" all the time cause i dont know what all the settings do

first this is a tripod, that will improve you 'auto' images greatly. but with a power and shoot you don't have that much control over anything.

I'm thinking of selling my 40d, 17-55 IS f/2.8 + 10-22 , and get another 5dmk2...am i nuts? lol I do wedding photography and 2x 5dmk2 I think would suit my high ISO needs.

or I can keep my 10-22 and just get a 7d.

i was in the same situation before... and i decided to sell the 40D and bought myself a 7d so i didnt have to sell any of my lenses...

if i were you, i would buy the 7D so you might able to take some advantages of the crop body :P

, I think I'm leaning towards getting another 5kmk2.
