we carry a few leather care lines all are great, new leather smell will eventually wear out over time, nothing you can do about it, the smell is from the glues that are used.

I would recommend

Leather Master Soft Cleaner
Leather Master Vital Conditioner

Hey Phil, do you have any T-shirts? I noticed you don't have them on your site any more.

Hey Phil, I have a car to detail this weekend and the hood is covered in tree sap, what do you usually do to remove tree sap? I have used rubbing alcohol in the past and it works, a little time cunsuming but it works.
Thanks, Ian

Hey Phil what is the best way to dry a car, I have heard some say a leaf blower while others just use chamois, I got the waffle weave drying towel but it feels kind of rough

the waffle weave drying towel is what we use, once it absorbs some water or it gets damp it does great.

now here are a few tips, sheet the water off while rinsing the car down, it will dry the car faster, you can use a leaf blower or compressed air if you have it to blow out the crevices of the car, by the lugs etc. then dry with a waffle.

hey phil, a few months ago i accidentally backed up my 08 wrx hitting a trash bin on my rear right panel. there's a little crease and the paint was 'cut' by the corner where the panel meets the light but what i'm worried about is that the paint eventually chipped off and showed rust underneath. i wanted to ask you if the rust could spread underneath the paint; i want to get it taken care of but i don't want to take it to a body shop. i read about people taking care of it by themselves with touch up and sand paper, but i didn't want to do this and have a little rust left over and it spreading underneath the paint.

how could i take care of this myself? i'm really scared of it spreading.

I have recently started trying to get a better detail out my girl and mines car and bought a flex 3401 with a pinnacle polish/wax set. I have seen that, in the past, that you have referred others to menzerna polishes; Is this still your judgment over m105/m205 and other new products on the market? Also plan on buying some einszett long lasting wax/sealent is it possible to wax over this to receive more depth in the paint? Could you give some advice on what brushes to buy from your site? Thanks in advance!

sure thing, yes I still like Menzerna Polishes.
what are you trying to accomplish, what is the condition of your car? or cars you will be polishing.

can you take a picture? and post it.
I would probably bring it to a dent guy or a body shop and see what they say.

DD,

I polished my car last night with the PC7424XP kit i bought in the summer, with menzerna power/super finish with uber pads. Do you guys have any tips to figure out when menzerna polishes are broken down completely? I usually did 3 full passes with the PC. After polishing a lot of my car, my pad looked very dirty, is this normal?? How do you guys polish the front bumper too? Do you know you're applying wax thin enough if it requires little effort to wipe it up?

~Thanks
Jack
