Sports Wagon Scooby Specialist Member#: 43081 Join Date: Sep 2003 Location: Think with your Dipstick	$50 DVD Player = WIN! So I was out today doing my black Friday thing and needed an up-convert DVD player for a LCD tv. Long story short I went to Sam's and picked up a $50 Samsung DVD, nothing special except for the USB port on the front. I get it home, read up on the features and the find out you can plug in a thumb drive/ext hard drive and watch divix/avi. movies right from the thumb drive. Beats the hell out of using the video output on the laptop or burning movies to disc. Cliff note: DVD player plays dvd rips right from the thumb drive/usb drive port.
