When are you switching to winter tires? - Page 3

I swapped mine the first week it was under 40. A little too early I think since it warmed up after that week. I also didn't want to have to swap the wheels out when it was like 15 degrees out.

After much procrastinating the deed is finally done as of this afternoon.

Rides like a Cadillac on 16" snow tires when compared to my 18" summers.

I didn't end up getting them switched yet. I'm hoping holding out till this weekend isn't going to be too bad.

Finished changing mine about an hour ago. Forecast says no snow tomorrow anymore, but now snow on Thursday and it's going to get much colder.

Mine have been on there for about a month now, didn't feel like doing it when cold either, plus it was raining a ton so I figured that would help with wear.

Supposed to snow tonight, tomorrow, and a little on friday. I doubt it will accumulate though.

yea walked oN me.. haha you sure did that...walk right away..
First time at the track with that car and that type of car AWD.

I am used to my Trans am WS6 w/ heads and cam I had prior. that was a car for the drag strip. ha. STI. not so much....
