Owes me an APv2 or a lot of cash... another claim open through Paypal. Apparently he doesn't know how the system works

So I know of multiple people who he "sold" APs to. If you don't feel like waiting for PayPal, you can always do an "unauthorized transaction" chargeback with your banks/credit cards.

818) 515-4382 - This is the cell phone that I found on the forum and all over the net as well. He has posted on toyota and honda forums. One selling a car and another trying to buy one. On both he states that he's from LA. In his PMs he said that he was from the Norcal bay area.

Does anyone from LA area know this guy? I'm in San Diego, so it's a short drive.

Justin, you can edit all your posts, but we can still see the originals no matter what changes you make. You can sign up as l<3MySTi, HahaSillyEvo, |juSTiN|, or whomever you like, but we can find out it's you quite easily.

Honestly, the best course of action would be, oh I don't know, man up and give these folks what they paid for, and life goes on. Signing up new names to contact moderators acting stupid and asking why your "friends" (apparently a new word for "alter-egos") are getting banned is pretty pathetic.

Another victim. Tried to purchase an Invidia DP from him for $170. I actually NEED this DP as mine is cracked and leaking fumes into the car. Now I have to wait another 2-3 weeks to pick one up.

Opened claim in PayPal. Hope they see how many are against him and make the right move. Either way they will send him to collections when his account goes in the the negative.

I do hope more than one of you have reported these transactions to his local athorities, as the balanced owed is far deep enough into the felony fraud level.

Maybe we should start selling items the way that's done on a few other forums I am on.

You can't sell an item unless the item has a piece of paper/index card next to it with the post date and your sign on name. In some cases your not allowed to even sell an item unless you have been on the site for 90 days and have at least 50 posts.

It's a PITA, but maybe it will help us fight off a chunk of these cowards.

I am also a victim of Sube-Doo, I sent him a payment of $500 USD for a Cobb AP V2 (AP-SUB-001) and havent gotten a response from him at all.

A group of scammed members and I have been gathering information on this guy, we now have his real name, last known address, phone number, even what he looks like. I have found out that hes been scamming other people on various forums from as far back as 2005. I am currently compliling all this information along with all the supporting leads which link Sube-Doo to all these scams. I will post them on this forum tonight when I get everything organized. Also may be used as evidence if I can get it submitted in a police report. I have all the pages saved as a webarchive so even if it changes I still have a copy of the originals that link him to these scams. I will also be posting these on here and the other forums as well. I doubt he will ever send us our money back or any of the parts we paid for.

Sube-Doo: Justin if you are seeing this which i know you are. I suggest you send me back my full $500USD immediately as well as return the money owed back to the other members you scammed

I know my communication isn't the best...but I decided to give everyone refunds. Paypal is holding the funds till they release them. I'm not about to issue 2 refunds and be in debt. Also, you guys are too quick to point fingers and label me as a scammer...the threats online aren't cool...I think that member should get banned for that...(I don't want to name names)...and l<3MySTi is a friend who signed up on my PC wanting to join the forums...If needed I can prodrive screenshots of how paypal is holding the funds...Don't blame me for paypal taking its time. Thank you and happy new year.

Let me see that screen shot. If you are refunding the money, good for you because there is no way everyone will just sit here and lose money. Many people have started cases both in paypal and with law agencies.

Communication was really best just before you got the money, after that you fail to answer anything and to provide the item.

Ahhh So he speaks!!!! Not even an apology.......

I would also like a screenshot of the supposed refund as I just checked my account and there is no refund yet. I have also escalated it to Claim on Paypal.

I think the only way you can come out of this is to properly refund everyone every cent that you took and didnt deliver and hope everyone forgives and forgets about this in a few weeks cause the evidence all points to you.

Yeah, Agreed, threats online aren't cool, but u know something else thats not cool? Scamming people by taking their money for stuff that you do not have, and then no responses and no refunds.

Sorry 05ForesterXT I was busy last night and didnt get around to posting. But shall we wait to see if Sube-Doo actually refunds our money?

I got scammed for $150 for a set of taillights. He stopped responding after 9 days of "I'm shipping it tomorrow"/

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GUY! I've personally called paypal and spokend with their claims dept. They report that he has not issused ANY refunds and has NOT responded to any of the claims made against him. We need this guys address to continue legal action against him.

This guy has scammed well over $1000 from this board alone. I dont understand why he is still allowed to post from his IP Address.

Haven't been on in awhile but a post earlier someone had ordered a hoodscoop, I did as well. If it was an STI WRB, he was supposed to be selling that to me weeks ago. I have put in my claim and paypal is awaiting his responses. This sucks, my first online purchase on top of that being the first thru paypal. I don't know how it will turn out because I have never had to do this. Sad part is I was really hoping for that scoop, been waiting along time to finally get my hands on one.

I know people are angry and frustrated but there is no need to hunt him down and do things. We have applied to the appropriate places and they should be doing what needs to happen. Don't let yourselves go and stoop to his level.

Same here. I NEEDED the downpipe I payed for. Mine is cracked and leaking fumes into my interior when I'm at idle. Obvious health hazard as my daily D can't be garaged until it's fixed.

My question: Has anyone received money back from Paypal claims? I know the process isn't fast by any means, but I'd like to KNOW that gradually the victims are getting their funds back. As this is why I ONLY use paypal when dealing with purchases off forums like these for the obvious protection Paypal offers.

I have not received any of my money yet. Paypal claims take up to 30 days, but I'm wondering how/if they will get us our money back if they can't get the money?
