We just had a class held at our facility this past weekend. It was put on by EFI University. They have entry level classes to full advanced. Its a great way to get the fundamentals of tuning and progress from there.

Here is some more info for you. http://www.efi101.com/

This month they are having something in Hillburn, NY at (Xenocron Tuning Solutions) February 20 - February 21

Best regards,

Tray M

Download that doc. It is a great read. You could tune your own car following it with the right tools. May not be as good as a pro, but that's why you pay them, for their experience.

This isn't talked about much, but Jorge from P&L Motorsports offers a day long, one on one course on tuning.

Both Tony and I have done it, and it was well worth the price of admission.

EFI University is probably the place to start. If you can find someone local that wants to teach you, that would be good as well. I don't think it is something you are going to get entirely from a book, although books will help greatly with the basics.
