So, the old space seemed huge when we moved in two years ago, but lately things have been feeling tight.

It's REALLY going to feel tight when we finalize a few new arrangements. So.... we needed some space. Something bigger than the current place.

Conveniently the body shop next to us moved a while back, and the landlord cut us a pretty sweet deal.

So, starting next month we'll be moving out of the old place (Suite C) to the new place RIGHT NEXT DOOR (Suites A&B).

So basically, we're going from 2400 sq. feet to 4800 sq feet. The old place had a loft, and the new place has an even bigger loft. Essentially, doubling the space.

Seriously, come out here. You can get that pretty easy. I will donate my services part time.

I went and looked at a house a few weeks ago. It was a 3/2 with a single attached garage, and a double detached garage, and a 32x40 shop, and another smaller shop, and a horse barn, and a 2 dog kennel.... on 3 acres for about $240k.
