Default Weather, tune or turbo going bad?

So I'm really not sure what's going on with my car but heres the deal. I live in Colorado and my car was tuned at Racing Trenz which isn't the most reputable shop. Anyway, it's an 05 wrx stage 2 and everything else is stock. The car was tuned by Racing Trenz about 2 years ago and up until now the car has been running fine. I just put in new plugs at 63,000 so I know its not them or the coil pack. Anyway, for the past couple of days in 2nd and 3rd gear, haven't really tried in 4th, but when in WOT after the car has been warmed up it seems to just completely lose the use of the turbo around 3800 and 5200 rpms. Ive tried numerous amounts of pulls onto on ramps for freeways and what not and for some reason it just losses power. Heres the really weird part, my car normally boosts 12 to 13 psi in 2nd and 3rd and then tapers to 11 or 12 or so. When I noticed the problem starting to happen my gauge was reading close to 15psi. I really have no idea what this could be so this is why Im asking. It doesn't happen EVERY single time but id say 6 out of 10 pulls it does happen. Any ideas? I know the weather has been pretty crappy lately so I'm not sure if its the temp outside or maybe the turbo is going bad? It isn't smoking so I'm not sure. Could the tune just all of sudden start going bad? I know that Trenz isn't the most reputable shop but the car has ran completely fine for the last 2 years with the tune. Any thoughts or ideas can help. Thank you in advance,
