Default ej18 to ej22t swap help

i have a subaru impreza brighton with the 1.8l and just bought a ej22t to swap in,i dont have the wiring/ ecu for the 2.2turbo. can i use the 1.8 wiring and ecu to run the 2.2? can i use the 1.8 harness and a boost controller or something for the turbo? and what all do i need to get this to work from what i have read that i wil need a new clutch/ fly wheel for the turbo motor. what else will i need? sorry for the newbie questions but ty for your help.

yup just get the ecu connectors from a legacy 90-94(some honda and mitsu also) and just merge the harness pins from one connector to the next, also adding the 7-8 wires to control the rest of the new stuff an ej22t has

4th wire for throttle sig, knock sensor, 3 wires for map sensors , 2 wires for boost control, maybe another one but im still in process myself of this swap, also the cam/crank sensor wires get switched over on the turbo models

ps also an Ignition signal to the keep alive memory pin with a diode or else the car will not start

Can u just swap over the 1.8 intake on the block and heads?
