FINALLY! I cant wait for this, I remember back when speed channel used to be speedvision, you know, when the channel actually played things you wanted to watch. I cant wait for Motorsports Mundial to be back on! That show was the best.

Probably means your ISP has to "subscribe" to them.... kind of like how ESPN 360 works.

meh. i still rather download all the races myself. Specially if you have to pay for this or wait until your ISP has a subscription with them.

I have DTM, FIA, WTCC, BTCC, V8 SuperCars, SuperGT, WRC, F1, GP2, MotoGP 125cc 250cc Moto2 etc...

Time Warner doesn't "subscribe" to ESPN360, so it's probably assured they won't even flinch at this Speed2.

I COULD be wrong about how they're planning to do it... it's just that ESPN360 has set precedent on how it might be handled. It COULD be that you have to be a Cable/DirecTV/Dish subscriber with a plan that offers Speed, and you have to use your billing account number to prove it and sign up for Speed 2. HOPEFULLY that's the way it is, and I don't have to rely on Time Warner or switch ISPs so I can get Speed2.

I hope not. ESPN360 doesn't work for me because of my cable provider. There is no way of me getting it either.

Apparently Steve was right...but luckily Time Warner is one of the cable channels working with this. They just started it and it has the last 4 GP2 races at Belgium and Italy, and is showing BTCC tomorrow. You do have to sign up for Time Warners Sports programming, but it is only $6 a month and having soccer and rugby along with a bunch of other cool channels is nice.

Time Warner and Speed are both clueless. I've asked both WHY I can't watch... why it says it's not authenticated.... and neither knows. I even asked TW if I need to subscribe to the sports package that Stu mentioned, and they say "No that shouldn't be necessary... Speed is part of the standard package".

I have Directv at the house and i haven't seen anything in the mail saying i have access to this. I have TW at my business but of course i don't have the sports pass package so i can't get access

I'm calling my sales rep to see if i can get that added. I sure do hope they have series i'm not already able to view on the internet! Maybe speed should move some of the nascar programming/cooking/talent search junk to online and put real racing back on!
