Default STI radiator fan wiring question

I'm doing an 04 STI swap into a 00 OBS wagon and need to know the correct way to wire up the radiator fans. I have a two fan flex-a-lite slim line fan and each fan has two wires.
The STI fan harness has 4 wires for each fan. Main fan has yellow/red , white/blue and two blacks. The sub fan has yellow/green , white/green and two blacks. Anyone know how to wire this up?

You don't have the wiring diagrams? They'll tell you which wires are which. Essentially you'll just be running the fan on the "high" setting any time it turns on instead of alternate high and low settings.. And obviously the second wire is a ground.. Just take a look at the wiring diagrams
