Default Question about JDM sti side feed (yellow top) 440cc

I have a early EJ207 conversion (done by Rallispec) JDM STI V motor.

Am thinking about a couple tweaks in the near future and maybe finally go with a tune. When I do I may want some more headroom with newer injectors being I have upgraded headers and exhaust system (uppipe, downpipe, etc).

Can USDM STI side feeds work on my fuel rail setup?

I read somewhere that the ones I have now reach their limit at about 200kw which is about 276 hp. I find that hard to believe...but not encouraging if I want to go with a tune...upgrading my injectors would be an absolute must..?

I am not having that many options looking for version 5 , or 6 side feeds so far 500cc i have found.

i was thinking 650 or so usdm sti side feed would be nice but dont know if it is plug and play.

best regards, jay k

as long as they are Phase II injectors the USDM injectors should work just fine.

i beleave they will work without any problems....

but dont take my word for it.

Stock yellow tops are maxed out at around 300whp. You can mod these injectors to get more flow. USDM injectors will fit in your rails, I am not sure about the connectors. I ran modded USDM rails with my stock yellow tops before aftermarket rails were available for the Ver 5/6.
