Default Changed head gaskets, engine spins like it has no compression.

I pulled the engine out of the SVX and changed the head gaskets. Dropped it back in, tried to start, and the engine spins like it's got no plugs in it. Checked the timing, pulled the valve cover off to make sure the cams are in timing, the valves are moving freely... Lots of fuel, good spark... Yes the plugs are tight.

Thoughts? I'd rather not pull the engine back out.
