Lap Battle Forum Car Challenge: $100 prize for 1st place plus bragging rights!!! (Fastest competitor representing a regional forum)

Lap Battle Forum Kart Challenge: $50 prize for 1st place plus bragging rights!!! (Fastest competitor representing a regional forum in the rental Karts)

Lap Battle Ultimate Street Car Challenge: $200 prize for 1st place (Lap Battle Street class rules apply)

Lap Battle Ultimate Tuner Car Challenge: $250 prize for 1st place (Lap Battle Race class rules apply)

***The Ultimate Car Challenges will consist of 2 points events. Time Attack and Appearance, 75% and 25% respectively. The contests will be graded on a curve with the top Time Attack finisher getting 75 points and last place finisher getting 1 point. Similarly, the top finisher in the show portion will get 25 points while the last place car will get 1. I will pick 4 impartial judges for the show portion with me being a tie breaker if needed.***

Good question Chad.

We could do nominees as well, but as it would really be up to them if they could make the commitment, I think it would be good if they are self nominated.

I will be out there in my sti.. I don't know who else plans on racing for the lap battle but I am already getting ready for it.

how many cars will represent which forums? I know greg, brett, and I are all on both slcsubaru and NASIOC.

I guess you would have to just pick a forum to rep. The other thing we need to look at is how many people actually are willing to race. I may race and represent Mini Utah.

Also some forums like Utah Pace could have any number of different makes interested in competing.

Would you think a max number of 3 cars from each forum could compete? something along those lines?

Maybe do this like the Olympics, have people register for the event and represent which forum they want? That way a forum could take first or the top three.
