Did you guys actually marry the accessport? I have a SUB003 unit and it won't recognize the vehicle.
I've read and read and read, but you don't have to connect the test connectors for a SUB003, right? |

Cobb was nice enough to provide us with a Alpha map to try on the car before they went ahead and released it to the general public. They should have the maps available and ready to go shortly

I really like how you have your STI set up right now. Yours is the first that looks good, the only bad part of the car is the taillights. I would love to see how they look tinted!

The progress is going to be a little slow for the next 1-2 weeks while we get break in miles on the car. However once the motor is broken in, the car will get a good amount of parts put on it.
Stay tuned ![]() |

Yeah, waiting for my firmware to update...taking FOREVER, seems like it's stuck on "downloading file size information."

The Advans with the Nitto's where 45.5lbs |

All the stock items will be kept. We use them to get the car aligned to not damage the Advans on the rack.

I know this is an odd question to ask about a car that is going to be modified. You mentioned that the exhaust is more evident with a blip of the gas. Do you think that Subaru used less sound dampening materials or a louder exhaust on it?

The exhaust is actually a bit louder. Standing outside and having someone drive off, you can hear the exhaust is louder compared to previous STi's.

The ride was very nice, sporty, but yet plush (much better then the 2008-2010 STi).
However the car still had body roll and dive that could be felt. |

Subaru listened to its customers, and brought back the rawness of the STi. As lets admit it, no one buys a STi to have a Cadillac ride. |

of course ![]() and that is why the 04 STi is still my favorite...simple and raw. Stock to stock comparison. But I was tempted twice to get the new STi as a DD/Family car...but want to see how the new sedan's rad manners are for my self. -Adam |
