The car should actually run better after the install, as there will be less and less oil in your intake track making it so that the octane of the fuel is being lowered by the oil.

Double check to make sure you do not have a vacuum leak and that the separator and the cap are tight.

If I experienced blow by before the install of this unit, yet almost no smoke, then after the install there is lots of blue smoke on startup and some under high boost, what would be the most likely explanation? Is there a period of time where just after install, previously accumulated oil (intercooler, etc) is cleared out (this is indicated in the install pictorial)? If so, why wouldnt the car have been smoking before the AOS was installed? Does the AOS somehow create a condition where more "force" is now present to blow out oil that accumulated previous to the install?

my brain hurtises

After the install, their is a period of time where oil will still be in the system. This is a couple days while it gets sucked through the motor and burnt up.
However their should not be a increase of oil through the PCV system. And if you are having lots of smoke under boost and start up you need to have the vehicle inspected.
It could be a blown turbo, cracked piston ring, or cracked ring land. I would recommend having the vehicle looked at.
