2002 WRX Sedan

Unhappy Cigarette Lighter socket no longer works

....after I used a power converter to run some small appliance. Now it doesn't provide power to my cell phone charge( or whatever I put in). Can it be a blown fuse? If so, can somebody direct me to which one it is?
